Beaver is a client side error usually indicating high latency, too restrictive NAT, or packet loss. First thing to try is clearing your console’s cache. You do this by unplugging it from power for at least five minutes. If this doesn’t help then please post back with your tested speeds from the console as well as how it’s connected, wired or wireless.
