Freedom of Speech guarantees you immunity from the government, not your peers. If a business decides they dont want to be tainted by your toxicity, they have every right to remove it. Freedom of Speech =/= Freedom to force your toxic bullshit onto everyone.

The right to free speech, this is a touchy subject, but I will say that the clan that was mentioned clearly is violating the code of conduct. As for your right to make a clan without worrying about others feelings, you do have that right but remember that any right that you have must be exercised responsibly for the good of the whole community. If you do not care about said community you probably shouldn't be a part of it. Freedom of speech actually does have limits if you were to research U.S. Supreme Court decisions regarding the freedom of speech you would be quite surprised at some of it's rulings. Bungie has reserved the right to outline a code of conduct in this community and being a part of it means to abide by it.
