D.A.R.C.I. ornament disappeared from account
Awhile ago I got the D.A.R.C.I. ornament, and stopped playing for a bit. When I came back, I grabbed a new DARCI from Collections so it'd be similar light level to everything else. I meant to infuse the new one into the old one, but I ended up dismantling the old one with the Ornament on it.
But I assumed that if I've unlocked the ornament once, it would be available to equip no matter which DARCI I put it on.
What makes it more annoying is that my DARCI icon still shows as the DARCI with the ornament on (see image).
So can I have my ornament back, please?

Ornaments are account based it should still be there. I’m confused on what you mean that it shows the ornament is still there but not applying. The ornament slot is blank in the picture, the other thing is the catalyst
