What region are you located in? What brand is your router/modem?
Do you receive this error on every character?
Do you use a wired or WiFi connection?
Would you happen to have another console that you could attempt to test?
Would it be possible for you to take your console to another location and use that location's internet to attempt to connect?

Tried it again this morning still unable to log in

If that doesn't work, you may want to uninstall the game, [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear your console cache[/url], then reinstall the game.

Additionally tried clearing the mac address, didn't help

Neither worked really frustrated that's now 3 days

As I say all all other online content is working I tried some other games and stream it services they all work I can't even get to the character screen

Other games working is completely irrelevant as they do not use the same conneting type system as destiny
