happy pride, but I've got some reservations about some things with it. not trying to be inflammatory, just my opinion.
too much focus on sex, not enough on unity and love.
we don't need a straight parade. i understand pride in general as a celebration of equality won, not bashing the straight folk. yeah there's some crazies on both sides, but they're a vocal minority.
i draw my line at kids. if they're gonna be in a parade with family that's fine, that's the point i want to see made anyways. but the sex crap in the parade needs to be reduced to zero. and a trans kid is like a vegan cat, they're not the one making the choices. let them reach 18 before committing to therapies and surgeries.
just my two cents. apart from that, hope you have a good day!

You realize, unlike a vegan cat, that humans are capable of making that decision? You don't suddenly become trans at 18.

What's your point? Teenagers are still capable of making their own decisions, and they need their parents permission anyway.
What's your point? Teenagers are still capable of making their own decisions, and they need their parents permission anyway.
Consent isn't til 18, the same should be for gender alteration

A kid can't decide they want to be transgender at 3. They cant even read yet, let alone decide they want to be a different gender.

Some kids in my brothers school who are like 5-8 believe they are the opposite gender, personally I think that is awful parenting

I'm not talking about toddlers, I'm talking about teenagers and preteens who might be taking puberty blockers. Obviously a toddler isn't capable of making any real decisions, but parents forcing their children to transition is not a problem that exists. Perhaps an uncommon one, but by no means ground to slander the trans community.
