Runefinder and Imperial Bounties Broken
I understand it was day 1 of the new season, but when the Runefinder buff is not dropping legendary runes like it says it will, which is earning at least one Chalice rune on each completion of a strike, it is a bit annoying. Ran 3 strikes, received zero Chalice runes.
Also, the fact that when you complete a weekly imperial bounty, you are supposed to receive a powerful piece of gear, a legendary Chalice rune, and a puny purse of imperials, but this is also broken, is really annoying. I have turned in 2 weekly imperial bounties so far, and have not received anything for turning them in...
This all happened on day one on my Warlock, and thus have not turned in any other Imperial Weekly Bounties on any of my characters, nor have I used another Runefinder till I can get someone to answer the following:
Am I the only person having this issue? Is bungie going to fix this problem? Am I going to get the items that I have missed, or should I just not waste my time on this crap that is broken?
Please, if someone could let me, that would be awesome!

1 ReplyEdited by GrundleBeans: 6/8/2019 9:06:23 AMYou won't receive runes from the consumable if you have not completed the last step of the Invitation quest. You do that by upgrading the Power and Potential 1 upgrade slot below the bottom of your chalice using 1000 Imperials and then opening one of the chests at the back of the Barge on Nessus. The weekly bounties are not instant rewards. When you complete one of the bounties, it gives you a Treasure Map bounty that specifies a location on a planet with a black X. Travel to the X and open the chest there to receive your powerful gear, rune, and imperials.
