I thought that I had filled out the form correctly a few weeks ago, but never heard back, and then I tried filling it out again just not, but kept being taken back to the same "Contact Support" help page. I haven't received any sort of confirmation email that either requests went through. Also, there was very little space to type in the items I am in fact missing, and very little space to describe the issue. What is the best way to go about finding a resolution? Do you know if support has received either of my tickets?
