Are you sure it is complete complete? Sometimes it shows as 100% but if you cannot redeem the triumph, you need one or two more of whatever it is requesting like Precision Blows, Orbs or one more strike.

Everything is completed. All I had to finish was strikes

I redeemed it with the bounty in my inventory and nothing.

I think you are misunderstanding me, are you able to redeem the Triumph under the Vanguard button, Strikes, -> The Best Offense. Then that should allow you to redeem the special bounty that Zavala gives you. That should end up awarding you the Oxygen SR4 scout rifle. If you redeemed the bounty, check the postmaster more than likely your inventory is full. You can also check for redeeming the bounty on an additional character

No,it's you who isn't understanding. I know how to claim a triumph. I'm not new. I completed the triumph..claimed my triumph,received the points and the bounty says Complete The Best Offense to claim this reward. Which I have. Thanks though

Your initial post said: [quote]I completed the triumph the best offense and It still says complete said triumph[/quote] That was why I was asking, I was not being insulting, you'd be surprised what we deal with responding to on these forums when people are new so you have to be pretty clear when trying to explain something which is why I went into minutia with you. Not an insult to your prowess or knowledge of how to claim a triumph, but the above statement indicated that maybe you didn't know how to. So your issue then is that you COMPLETED and CLAIMED your triumph and when you redeemed your Pinnacle Weapon quest you did not receive your weapon then?

Can you possibly post a picture of your Triumph Page on your strikes and then also post a picture of you hovering over the appropriate quest so we can see how it is not syncing up.

I'm not currently in game. I'm on the app. I turned it off because I was frustrated at spending a bunch of time for this.

My perspective is an incomplete bounty from a triumph I already competed. The box isn't checked. It's like I hadn't finished the triumph at all.

Hi there. I suggest signing out and signing back in, then going to the Tower and back to Orbit to see if that triggers it. If it doesn't, try completing another strike.

Sometimes the game has to update, in that case I'd recommend to log out and back in to see if it updates. As you already shut your game down, you should get it the next time you log in. This may happen with Triumphs for The Mountaintop and The Recluse as well after reaching Glory Rank Fabled.
