Unfortunately, can't happen due to legal issues, and wouldn't happen anyways due to the work to make a playable PC port. Destiny 2 on PC already has definite "tells" that it was designed for consoles in mind, most noticeably the somewhat unintuitive UI, but also a few technical limitations that would not exist on a game designed for PC first. It's not so simple as just forcing software to run on a PC. What I'm more concerned about is whether or not future titles will be available on PC given the split with Activision. PC players could be very well left in their own D2 "limbo." I suppose that's the price of having a wider variety of weapons actually useful compared to console. Also the price for the Handling stat being entirely irrelevant.

Unfortunately that won't happen. The game would have to be rebuilt from scratch, and Bungie can't afford that.

4 RepliesI would be curious to see what a 60fps would be like,I would probably build a gaming computer just to experience that and to relive D1 year 3's splendor in all honesty. Would it have trials , Iron banner,srl racing and seasonal event support?
