Why didn't anyone get the Arbalest?
Is there a special draw condition or is it a simple error?

5 RepliesI'm gonna go ahead and call it now. The 9th and final week of the invitation of the 9 is gonna start a quest that eventually gives you an exotic mote to deposit in that 4th unused slot on the reckoning bank and there's gonna be an intense super tier reckoning mission which will drop it on completion. I have no evidence of this nor any reason why you should beleive it, but my minds eye tells me it will be so.
