Faction rally catalysts
Any update on when and how we are going to be able to obtain this catalysts again?

This. Fix this. Make them drop from different encounters. Changes the language of the catalyst. This should take less than a week. It's taken... going on the second season now.... I know the product owners don't care about this but the developers should and push this into your next scrum.
