So basically I'll just 3 tap them with ace or lunas and it's over then right? I mean that's what happens in crucible so would it be much different?

Maybe but they would be AI and knowing bungie Risen would be tanky yellow bars

Going off that, once you do kill a Risen their ghost would randomly appear to rez them, you would have a short window and a small target to hit to kill them for good and if you don't they come back you and fight them again.
