You don't. Bungie has a strict zero exceptions policy, and it states they do not return lost or deleted items. You will have to grind for a new one, or [b]check collections[/b] to see what you can start with.
I suggest you lock weapons etc so you can't accidentally delete them.

same - if you deleted a character, it is simply gone. The data was wiped from the database as soon as you did that.
