I've decided to basically stop playing destiny for now and instead concentrate my gaming time to other games. I will drop by to see if you have fixed the quest but probably no need for two and half weeks.

I second this. Don’t even want to play the game due to this bug. Everybody else can get a gun that I can’t. It’s not fair.
