Obtained the key mold on my Hunter but do not have a rare bounty. Cannot obtain a key mold on my Warlock (who had a completed rare bounty in his inventory). I have not attempted to get the key mold on my Titan because he does not have a rare bounty at the moment.

Right now there’s a problem or you can only get the key mold on one character. So if you picked it up on your hunter you are going to have to keep turning in forge bounties and I hope you get a rare bounty in order to continue, because if you don’t do it before reset you’ll have to wait three weeks for shattered throne to come back, which is also one of the steps you need for the quest.
