How Are People Bad at these Forges?
Before today I hadnt witnessed it
But now Ive seen it all..

2 RepliesMy new strategy tonight was to throw Luna boot rifts with Attunement of Grace & jus kill everything whilst the other two players grab orbs.. Breakneck & Loaded Question were outstanding. It seemed to run way smoother. I jus holed up at the back & slaughtered everything whilst everyone else went dunking balls.. Victory ensued 😉😋😊

Bad isn't something I would refer to in regards to the forges, it's kind of just a small map where they funnel enemies to you with little to no cover and you throw batteries at a magic flying forge that for whatever reason it has hit detection issues. They are dumb easy once you get to the right light level, with an organized team it's even easier. Some people need time, some people suck, some people are unlucky.

1 Replyyou got to realise that people don't play games seriously during the festivities they were just goofing off whilst high on merriments of liquer and most off them were kids having an mess around playing video games it wasn't only the forge you wasn't having an swell time infact it was the same in other activities like Escellation Protocol and public events so you got to cut people slack for not doing it properly maybe they will after the festivities is over and plus experienced players attend not to play much video games during the holidays they like to spend time with family .

2 RepliesProbably the same.people that still don't know to toss a ball at the shielded enemies on the Corrupted strike.. Or the people that don't seem to know you need Harmony to break the Plague shields in Blind well. I love watching people eagerly mash T3 keys and then waste all their ammo and supers trying to damage the bosses shield and be like, "what the hell man?" I literally sat and watched a team of three burn out the timer trying to kill 1 boss in a t3 last week. It was hilarious and sad at the same time.

I just did the forge the first time a couple days ago. In fairness I screwed up the first run and we got to the boss with my super gone and no heavy ammo. Ended up running out of time with the boss at 20%. Same group stayed together and I saved my heavy and super and we melted the boss in 20 seconds. I appreciate the guys I was running with not giving me a hard time.

Timers, timers cause panic and make people make mistakes imo. Change it up a bit, remove the time limit, have a mechanic that every 20 seconds of the ball throwing bit you lose 1 progress if you don't throw another one in. And make it a darkness zone too. Either that or when the timer runs out just restrict respawns like the Haunted Forest did rather than end the activity.

6 RepliesI got hate mail on my very first forge from a 650.. I was 611. Everyone is expected to know everything at all times, and it's stupidity unbridled.. This attitude of "you messed up" from someone who's obviously been on YouTube & ground their bits off to expect every other player to be on point is childish.. and it does nothing but breed bitterness.

I think I'll just give up on that stupid rifle. They've buffed the shooty bits like mad as well. I watched some videos and there is way more mobs and they hit way harder and have way more hp.

Had to run strikes today trying to get the mercury things to drop, OMFG I'm 650 n I'm put with guys 575 or lower, smgs, swords, complete morons. Oh it's blackout, I'll melee that wanted target and insta die FIFTEEN times in a row. I don't receive them now, n pretty much solo the strike

11 RepliesI went to the forge last night with a friend and neither of us had ever been there. I was level 630ish and him 610ish. We ran like 10 time and never got the boss down to half. We kept trying different strategies and load out and nothing worked. We were truly baffled on how to beat this activity. Eventually we just gave up. It's not as easy as everybody makes it out to be.
