I'm pretty sure this is damage control for the amount of refunds being processed.

Xbox always says before purchasing there are no refunds for this purchase, so I am confused where all these refunds are being issued.

This^^ I can’t remember throughout the franchise an update sprung out this quick. Usually they just chuck things in their -Might do if price is low and results in more profit but ultimately for less work tray.-
