This is terrible reasoning.
It should absolutely be nerfed, but has to happen alongside proper buffs to other exotics. This helmet is OP, it's virtually the same as wormhusks.
I understand your PoV though...titan here myself, and we're lacking alot in the exotics department

Just make it require precision kills and I'm good. Can't remember the last time a Titan killed me with anything other than a shotty or shoulder charge or heavy or super anyway.
