Use your vault if you want to not worry about the power level, and if you have the destiny app this is quicker because you can do this with just like 3 presses on your screen.

I'll need to infuse my existing one, though. It is only at 518 or something. I'm waiting to get to 600 before I infuse anything. It is what Bungie want us to do in this economy. All my characters are on 598 now, so any exotic drops should be 600.
