Do all bounties and hand eveyone in at once if no look get your 20 ghosts and repeat week after all bounties claimed at once. I got lord of wolves and queensbreakers one week. That was after a few week determined the gun doesn't exist

I tried this on my second character but nothing. I collected the first row of Spider's bounties before handing them all in at once.
