I did seven bounties from Spider last week and it dropped. It dropped after I killed the seventh consecutive bounty and it was one of the first three low end guys. I figured if I killed all of them one week it would drop. Turned out all I needed was seven.

Same boat, I do most all major bounties on two characters every week and haven't seen it yet.
