So they are fixing spectral blades hit detection but Sentinel remains unchanged?
Really bungie the hit registration is so horrible and it's been like this since day 1 and it took only 2 months to spectral blades

Arguably, it's the difference between utility and damage Supers. Sentinel is built to assist teammates just as much as do damage, plus it has a ranged toss. Spectral Blades exist to do damage. If they can't hit reliably, they're basically useless.

Middle tree sentinel might as well have the melee button disabled for the super.

4 RepliesAnytime a Titan ability is deemed "overpowered" they Nerf it within a week. Anytime a hunter or warlock ability is overpowered they never nerf it and it becomes the meta. PVP is absolute garbage.

Arc staff goes THROUGH people and misses but y'all mad shield grazes people and doesn't register when wraith can have you swing 22 times and go in the opposite direction of the enemy? Hunter registration been broke if you're going to try and push a fix, hunters definitely need it First which is why this post is invalid

I watched a Sentinel and SB fight; the guy with SB smacked Sentinel 5 times and Sentinel smacks him twice and he’s gone. Let’s also talk about the shield aim assist, when you throw that thing it’s like a magnet if you’re within vicinity of that shield throw EVEN if you dodge the throw it’ll somehow come back and hit you. I’m not saying nerf this but Sentinel is fine where it’s at compared to what it was. Now instead of getting within 1 foot of the enemy try being within shoulder charge distance because the Sentinel [u]lunges[/u] towards the target.

11 RepliesI find it funny how when hunters asked for any kind of buff to any of our shit supers Titans slammed us down. Golden gun doesn't one shot another super? Not even warlocks? Titans are warmachines a FOH should be able to take a golden gun. Now look how the tables have turned.. hit detection works fine imo

21 RepliesOh it's simple. Because Hunter mains are the whiniest things on the planet. For every 1 Titan or Warlock pointing out how buggy certain melees on their Void classes are, there's at least 5 Hunters complaining incessantly about not only Spectral Blades, but how OP everything that isn't them is. It's hard for Bungie to find your commentary on Titan bugs, when they have to dig through 5 feet of crap.

All you hunters posting here you are the reason why hunters are know as the whinny cry baby class. Titans are not demanding for a buff to sentinel skills shield throwing or anything we are asking for the hit registration of the shield supers melee attack to work properly. Just like how you whiny hunters cried for a month straight to get your spectral blades fixed.

As someone who has played nothing BUT sentinel Titan in D2, I can't agree with this anymore. The hit detection is HORRIBLE on any character that makes the slightest movement. Idk if lag has anything to do with it (I'm sure at times it does) but it is way too inconsistent when it comes to the shield bash. As a Titan main, through and through, please bungie, fix the hit registration for shield Titan. Please.
