Agreed Thunderlord is trash and as the game is right now theres zero reason to ever use it.

Remember how they limited the ammo last time? The rapid fire perk wasn't even able to kick in as much because it took so long to wind up. It's almost the same thing they did with Suros speed up, it happened much later in the magazine so the effect of it was severely diminished
