It could use a little love sure. Or perhaps just a few tics to the Aftershock effect so that the DoT could add up to Blade Barrage level damage. The melee could use a very mild boost to the activation window. You know how many times that terrible window has screwed me because I wanted to actually aim the freaking thing? I'm not a fan of the final perk either, but it's not the worst thing in the world.
