Never have captured anything but I will try to figure out how and record a clip.

https://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/basic/pn_controller.html Link is the button layout. To save a clip... Hit that B button (that would be the Share button). Select the Save Video Clip. That will save it to your console. From that point, you will need a Youtube account or Twitch account to post it to. Then you can link the vid here. If you have yet to set one up, it can be a little daunting to go through the steps (if you are a bit older, like me)), but once it's done... It's a pretty handy feature to use.

No problem. If you decide to do that and run into issues (you'll also need to link the account/accounts to your console), don't hesitate to ask. If I can't help, surely some of the other "friendlies" can point you in the right direction. I'm a few hours away from being in front of my console, but tonight I'll try and pay closer attention to the Traces. If I see them acting up I'll grab a clip of it.

I've noticed it happens more often when I kill enemies while I'm in the air. It's like it bugs their tracing and after that it won't reconnect.
