the only thing that will make bungee tweak anything is if masses of players leave. Then they basically open the vents so players can actually breathe some Exotics. The YouTubers will make videos saying hey there dropping more, and those players will come back here and there just to be able to finally experienced what they should have been able to all along I mean it's been happening like that for years
