For the billionth time Bungie, no one cares about Iron Banner bounties, we NEED to see a matchmaking fix.
As everyone before me has already said, matchmaking (mostly in Comp) is abismal. 1700 glory players with 1.3kd's playing against 2800 glory players with 2.0kd's. The match is over before it even started. People will keep turning away from PvP unless a fix is implemented. Skill or Rank based matchmaking IS NOT HAPPENING. Solo queue shouldn't be placed against 4 stacks. Listen to the community Bungie, not your own echo chamber.

The bounties are the only reason I'm putting up with the IB. I hate control, and I hate getting team shot by full teams of people 20 power levels ahead of me. Once I complete these stupid bounties, I won't be wasting anymore time in this shit show of a playlist.

Best part by far is bounty and control. They really need a control quick play instead of the shit there is now. Other then that... yeah plenty of usual problems that won't ever get fixed

The company literally copy pasted most of their content from D1, they're too lazy to fix matchmaking it'll be just let them fight it out we don't care if one team curb stomps, right now iron banner is a pure shit show randoms vs a whole premade team yes because that screams fair. it's no wonder we will never see a esport scene because they wouldn't know how to balance it.

Edited by Chemical Freak: 10/19/2018 7:34:20 PMI did the bounty for the pulse rifle and went right back to quickplay, SBMM along with matching 6 stacks just isn't fun for me. I'm already 600 and the IB armor is ugly so it's not really worth it at all.

Any pvp game mode with light level advantages is not a competitive endgame experience either. Imagine not having forsaken and trying to get a kill in ib. It's not even fair to say that it is accessible to those players.

1 ReplyActually i’d have to say i liked this iron banner more than any other, i only had to play for like five hours to get the bounties done and the powerful gear on every one was great, very happy with it, had no problems winning or losing matches.

1 ReplyIron banner is an opportunity to get an additional 7 powerful engrams in a week and only one of those bounties requires winning. I don't see how other than one bounty there is an issue.

1 ReplyKd means nothing it's about how smart your plays are and how well your team is as a whole. I'm a 1.3 kd and by your logic i should be mangled by people with 2.0 or 3.0 kd. Surely I cant beat them all but I've beaten plenty of people with more impressive stats than me.

I must be weird because of how much I am enjoying IB this go around. I’m done with bounties but feel like grinding out some broadsword steps. Bow - chattering bone combo is so nice when it works as planned.

they dont give a -blam!- about balance matches are rigged i swear im gonna start posting to youtube with the bs that happens like me getting two shot with a nade launcher in super while a sorc in nova warp doesnt or a hunter shooting me point blank with one and taking absolutely no damage from it himself bungie needs to start addressing the balance and fairness of the crucible and quit trying to worry about metas or sandboxes class balance and damage and hit registration need to start working correctly just had a titan standing im my thermite grenade 2 shot me with a duke hc while for me a trust with explosive payload and dragon fly takes like 7 shots to kill one person
