Hello,
When you changed your e-mail, was it in the same domain (i.e. outlook.com, gmail.com, etc)? Have you tried a gmail.com address? Players have reported the most success with gmail addresses.

Edited by TheDarkClam: 10/15/2018 10:48:07 PMI use icloud.com for both and I'm going to try my other gmail address and hope for a better result. See if there is no problem with other guardians with a icloud.com domain cause I've seen many other with the same problem.
