Mercury Flashpoint reminded me of how horrible Curse of Osiris is
Nothing worse than having to WALK an entire map, filled with nothing for a powerful engram. That giant donut of a map without a sparrow reminds me of the crap Bungie is capable of pulling.............. even after how damn good Forsaken is.
C'mon Bungie, I'm sure Amanda Holliday and our ghost can figure out how to get a sparrow on Mercury by now.

39 RepliesIt's a reminder not to pre-order D3, wait for the price to drop down for the first 2 expansions when they're worth the price and that is $20 the most. Or, wait for the 3rd expansion to come out so I can feel this company actually added enough content to the game that I will kind of feel like I have some play time.

Daily heroic, one public event heroic an a couple quick runs of the lost sector an it's done it's a pretty easy flash point to do unless you are dumb an u wait for the public event to keep turning up.

Mercury blows and 90% of the people running around on it are glue sniffers. I just soloed a public event because the other 3 guys didn't know how to get to the islands or realize the boss had spawned.

I hate Mercury with a passion. Walking around everywhere and nothing to do in the map. One freaking lost sector, one public event. B-o-r-i-n-g. Whoever made the dreaming city type stuff should rework Mercury over and give it some good stuff to do and some Vex secrets to figure out.

Just like with openly advertised paid carries among other things like the Farm, Bungie thinks that if they ignore the problem in its current state it will fix itself. This is beyond LAZY. It’s cute that they consider Mercury to be worthy of flashpoint rotation, a tiny sparrow-less wateland where your efforts don’t pay off JACK. Hardly anyone knows or cares about Heroic events, which btw hardly ever spawn. They even neglected to turn the Infinite Forest into something useful. Brother Vance HAS NO BOUNTIES. How is that even a thing? It’s ridiculous. Anyone defending Mercury is in a serious case of denial.

9 RepliesIf you use sagiras shell to farm on mercury, you can collect matts and xp very quickly just running in one big circle. Also. Curse had the best final boss fight, not your typical, simple shoot out.

Is the lost sector and the patrols meant to count towards the %? Mine was stuck at 30% after doing 2 lost sector runs and several patrols, ended up just waiting for the public event twice after doing the heroic adventure. Killing yellow bars should go back to adding 5%, beyond tedium waiting on there for the event to spawn.

They should either make the public event spawn a little faster than the other planets or open the infinite forests and its end areas that we can freely explore as a public area and add in some public events there as well.

I believe the lost sector is giving 10% and the adventure is either 40%/50%, not sure for the heroic pe but it took me 1 heroic pe, 1 adventure and 2 lost sector runs to complete it

I didn’t even bother, no point in suffering for that “powerful gear” that drops 5 levels below what I have.
