Well I have been with this problem for several weeks, look for different forums, videos, guides following each of the steps to solve this error: Reinstall the game, enter safe mode and restore damaged files, restart the router, call my internet provider to Check if there was any failure and nothing, call playstation they gave me "ports" to open the open and nothing. If someone can help me with this problem, I'd really appreciate it, I'm really looking forward to playing again :(.
