Hello,
Did you claim the Forsaken Triumph from the book in-game and then after doing that visiting this website when signed in you your Bungie.net account?

hmm it might be that, i wil see later, what exactly i have to do in the game, there is a option or button on console?

You should go to the Triumph page in the in-game menu and when on that page click on all the unlocked Triumphs in all the sections of the book. This way you can unlock all the items you have earned so far.
