They just changed the Ace of Spades and talked about Sleeper and fixing bugs. Game development isn't just changing a number or pressing a button and things are fixed. I think they look at all feedback, and see what syncs with their vision of the game, unless we bring up points on fairness, or overwhelming feedback from community.
I do think they cater a bit much to streamers in my opinion (summit, and Raid being released so early for them), but it's obvious they are at least aware.
Side note, changing a game economy is not easy, and while I hate Masterwork Cores in infusion, it seems more people hate it than not. Let's hope they at least mention they are aware of that, even if there is no change.

They shouldn't have done any of that, because they're trying to please people that will never be satisfied. They will keep complaining until they reduce D2 back to square one. They never have anything positive to say; it's always "I died to X, so it's broken" or "I'm too lazy to do Y quest, change it" or "I want Raid stuff without the effort to find a team". I have never seen a bigger bunch of self entitled, spoiled infants. Shut up and play the game, or leave; quit trying to force Bungie to bend the knee to your laziness.
