Why would they read anything on the forums? it's about 95% ridiculous video game rage post and garbage feedback, from uninformed or inexperienced guardians, who want the last gun that killed them in gambit to be nerfed.
Add to that the endless toxic vitriol from players, "disagreeing with other players" (whatever happened to civility online... wait I just realized how stupid that sounds) I wouldn't even look, the reddit community is less toxic, the twitter community is easier to reach. If I were bungie I'd look at about the 5% of feedback posts that are actual feedback, and say "-blam!- it" to the rest.

They read and respond to it. Why? It's because Activision tells them to. Bungie doesn't have the spine that they used to when Halo was created. Combined with internal dispute over Destiny's direction it's a recipe for disaster. I've met DeeJ and Cozmo before. I pulled them both aside and said, "Look, I do not envy either of you for having to put up with this crap, and I'm sorry."
