I have several destination triumphs that are not counting despite having already completed them. For one example: I have Mars Escalation Protocol full completions 27 times; however the Escalation Protocol levels completed only shows 2... This just one example of the many Triumphs not counting correctly or not retroactively counting previously completed activities. Another example is on Mercury for Heroic public events and flashpoints. dont show up, despite having done flashpoints for it several times. Are the Triumphs bugged or is this a known problem?
