Wow made a brand new book for its new expansion and the audiobook is free on YouTube. Its not old material made new again, its a brand new story with a passionate writer behind it. D2 printed out their grimoire cards and stapled it together and slapped a price tag on it basically. That's just sad even if its free later who knows if all the tales will be there and its sorta insulting to those who dont pay as they have to wait to see what's cannon again as some gromoires are folklore..

I understand where you're coming from. Your disposition stems from you feeling that Bungie should publish something that has this collection/anthology somewhere of where its fans can access it at their pleasure. Like a dedicated wiki run by the company. Partly because Bungie delivered a lower quality product than the original, and because your disappointment should be compensated or appeased. I get it. But this is a hardcover, printed, boujee-ass book of fine-ass quality. I think it's unrealistic to think that this product should be released mass market for free. What's more realistic is to have Bungie offer a lorebook after y3 D2 as a reward for completing moments of triumph. That'd be cool.
