So without more information, I can't be certain of the exact changes made to Competitive Matchmaking. One thing is certain though. Bungie, I am not having fun anymore. I have the feeling or perspective that most of my games are a complete stomp. I personally tracked my games pre and post patch, and there is a drastic difference between the results. I don't know if I am simply not as good as I hoped I was, or what, but it's just demoralizing now. I feel like each game is a stomp in one direction or the other. I either sprint through the enemy team, not having to let go of the forward key for longer than it takes to turn around and kill the next guy, or get smashed, trying to get picks while a team of navy seals perfectly flank and hunt me down. It might be a losers mentality, but I can't help but feel a lack of quality teammates. I tried playing with friends but the people we matched with, no harm intended, felt like they didn't have the same understanding of the game we did. There was no objective control, heavy control, or even team work. Multiple times we would be in an intense fight, down to the wire, one guy left no shields, and look up to see our teammate on the other end of the map running around, or challenging 3v1. I don't know what changed, and maybe I suck, maybe I deserve to be with the players who jump off cliffs on accident and challenge every outnumbered fight, or quit if we lose a round. I certainly hope not, but that's how it feels right now. An honestly Bungie, it makes me not want to play. Which sucks, because right now I feel like there aren't many games at all worth playing. Destiny's rich lore and fun combat make me feel at home but whatever happened a week ago is killing it. Thanks for your time
