6VS6 pvp

So here is my feedback to the 6vs6 PVP@Bungie Are you kidding me? 1. You have set up conditions on which players can earn ornaments for Season 3 and in the middle of the season you change the rules and make it even harder for players to get the ornaments. Lets take the 100 sniper kills in PVP. That stuff was insane by default but 6vs6 made it even harder. Maybe you have thought about the idea that the chances to get power ammo is even lower while at the same time there are more people on the map trying to kill you before you use a long range weapon on maps that never were designed for long range weapons. Every few months you change how PVP works and I highly have to question that you know what you are doing. 2. The maps are generally too small for 6vs6. PVP in its current state is a giant mess. The player spawning is a mess. I did +30 PVP matches today and got spawn killed more than 50 times. If that is how you want PVP to be then congratz. I am not the worst PVP player, I was doing pretty well on 4vs4 but now I get killed before I even have the time to do something after spawning back into the game. Some of the good players certainly benefit from the latest changes but all others are getting victimized. They die once and a 2nd time right after spawning. If you look at your meta @Bungie you will recognize how some players got ridiculous high efficiency ratings now while the other players get slaughtered. Is that how you want PVP to be? 3. 6v6 has another negative side effect. Not only does it take longer for the matchmaking to happen, in many cases it also takes ages for the maps to load now. There is no fun in waiting ages for games to start. Not if you have to do that over and over again for the weekly milestone. It took me significantly longer to finish my milestones on my 3 chars this week just because of the longer matchmaking and the now ridiculous high loading times for the maps. I dont say that 6vs6 by default is wrong... but not in quickplay. You just made everything worse.

    If they would make these maps bigger and with the decreased ttk coming in forsaken, it would feel so much better. But 100 sniper kills for a stupid ornament. Some of these requirements are just outright stupid. It's just bungie's way of keeping you logged into the game and making their player count look good. Just like the unlocking catalysts grind. Some are just crazy long to grind out and so unneccesary

  • Honestly, I thought it was going to be awful but it’s been amazingly fun to play. I think you need to change up your play style and be more aggressive in smart ways. I haven’t had this much fun and success since D1. My only issue I see RN is the spawn system still being flawed.

  • I don’t know, to be honest with you man, Quickplay has honestly got me playing crucible for Hours again. Racing my friends online to see whom can drop the most kills is quite insane. We’re not using meta at all, been using the NightShade Pulse Rifle, and Ana Bray Side arm with Kill Clip. Highest Elims I’ve gotten so far is 56 Eliminations. It’s the fun I’ve been missing, and it’s starting to get better, map sizes could need some tweaking but, this is a good thing. 4s should stay in the past.

  • 6v6 is better, but they need to upsize the maps. The large maps in D1 were really fun. I'm guessing they'll start making the maps bigger from here on out. What you're experiencing now are just growing pains caused by the reversal of bad decisions about D2 by Bungie. D2 was really terrible on launch. It's just now starting to recover. Unfortunately for every two good decisions they are still making one poor decision.

    • my complains for 6v6: crappy and simular rewards, lack of original mechanics and items per stage, simular maps need improvements and new features, loot at the end of the battle should include tokens for everyone that are not only crucible termed, i think various stage related tokens should be good to use up in EDZ, Nessus npc's, or at the tower and farm npcs towards original weapons and equipment.

      What sniper required 100 crucible kills? Not one sniper catalyst I’m aware of requires crucible. EDIT: forgot to write in sniper, lol

        • I find 6v6 more fun. In regards to you saying it is even harder to get sniper kills, I disagree. I started using my silicon neuroma in crucible again and I really like it. I easily completed the ornament bounty within 2 days. Nearly 1
