You need to fully finish the Nascent Dawn 1/5 quest before you start earning stems. You may want to reobtain it from Ana just so you can complete it (it’s fairly short if I recall correctly).

Awesome. Glad to help. Now, you should be able to discard (or not pick up) Nascent Dawn 2/5 & it shouldn’t affect your stem earnings. Alternatively, you can simply keep it in your pursuit section if you choose to & complete it at some future time.
