This post is more for record keeping and general troubleshooting. Since the last maintenance day (8th or 9th July) I've been having connectivity issues. Game is unable to sign-in to the servers. Connecting to a VPN before logging on to Blizzard seems to alleviate this issue, but it shouldn't be necessary to login to the game. Will continue troubleshooting until the issue is resolved.
