Continuous logging out
Almost every time I open the app, even if I didn’t close it completely, it wants me to log in. I don’t know if it’s just acting weird right now or if it’s an actual issue because I haven’t really used the app for about 2 weeks. I wonder if other people are experiencing the same.
Edit: The app is on the latest version and I have still logged in multiple times. I click whatever I can to remember my sign in ID.

4 RepliesHello Freeze1256, Please make sure your Destiny 2 Companion App is updated to the latest version to see if that solves the issue. Version 5.5.3 is the current version for iOS. Version 13.2.1 build #2769 is the current version for Android.

Happens here. Sometimes it just logs me out randomly. I'm not sure that if I submit this it will instantly log me out!

2 RepliesIt’s to really make us think before posting feedback :) I’m having the same issue. I sign in via Xbox, which I’m guessing is the common denominator. Might be an issue with how the app authenticates Xbox users? The only thing I’ve done differently recently is I’ve been tracking my progress on the Solstice of Heroes milestones and I’ve linked my account to view progress.

Same issue here usually it keeps me logged in even if it’s a week or 2 between visits but now it’s every time I open the app even if I haven’t closed the app down just left it in the background. Seriously annoying. It started happening yesterday for me.

15 RepliesHello, Are you selecting keep me logged in on the sign in page? If you are selecting keep me signed in and still having issues please try reinstalling the app and see if that helps.

Yes. Keep getting signed out. Never happened until this morning.

Same thing everything was fine until today. Uninstalled and reinstalled I’ll see if that fixes it. Might have something to do with the new terms of service that popped up for me today either way I hope bungie fixes it soon
