This seems a bit like fake because such perks besides the last boots would never be usefull in a shooter game nor would it be fair.
Disabling the FoV in pvp by sprinting... Ok, you're the next person which ruins pvp.
Solar footsteps with damage and blinding... Who the hell, besides stupid AI, would run into that?
The last boots perk remember me to D1 exotics which gave you only a skilltree ability for free and added a slightly buff to them. That could actually work but it would be only a warlock exotic or Titan exotic. Hunters never learned the SC from Jolder.
