How Do I Ask For My Money Back?
Just wondering if I can ask for my money back for the ~100 dollar season pass expansion I got for pre-order. I played for like 6 weeks and then got frustrated with because it ruined my relationship with all my friends and family. I booted up the game and watched the curse of osiris cutscene, but that'ss about it. I did not even touch Warmind. Please can I have my money back. I have tried the link to "contact us," but it simply says put any questions you have in the forums...

a. You need to talk to your retailer of choice for refunds, Bungie did not sell you the game b. you didn't pay $100 for the expansion pass - the entire bundle was probably $100. c. retailers don't usually give refunds for personal issues or personal choices In the end, it's up to your retailer

I went to McDonald’s and it made me fat. Guess I better ask for a refund for all of their food I consumed.

You have over 80 hours of played time in the game ... you have by far exceeded what retailers would consider a 'normal' decision time to cancel your choices. You will not receive a refund at this point unfortunately. Look at it this way. You went into a restaurant and ordered a steak. If the steak had come and you didn't like it, they probably would have either made you a new steak and/or just refunded you the money. But you ate the steak and said NOTHING about it. Not only that but you went home and defecated the steak out and flushed it down the toilet. Now months later you are trying to come back to the restaurant and say, "My steak was bad several months ago!" They are not going to give you a refund. You ate the steak, you pay for the steak.
