Xur idea April 15 2018
Instead of just buying an exotic from Xur, buy a quest/bounty with the same amount of legendary shards that might give you the exotic that correlates to quest/bounty once you beat it. Another option to buy a quest/bounty that gives you a chance to earn parts to build an exotic instead of just getting the exotic.

Absolutely love this idea. You should only be able to buy one quest at a time too.
