Can't say I've ever been a fan of posts demanding players have Gjally, Dark Drinker, 50 raid completions blah, blah, blah as i tend to think the player posting these conditions is more than likely a sub standard raider. I usually post something light hearted with exp preferred which gets a much quicker response from Guardians, and 90% of the time we complete the raid with ease... I think most veteran raiders are happy to carry someone through the raid as they're comfortable of their own ability. Dictating just rubs people up the wrong way!
