Have you tried uninstalling the gpu drivers and reinstalling them?

Nah, I havent. I didn't think I had to since my laptop is fairly new.

Have you checked to see if you need to update your gpu drivers, also can you list your specs of your laptop if you don’t mind?

https://pastebin.com/bF3CJSPe .. <--dxdiag.. went into my settings and didn't see any needed updates. Maybe you might be able to see something I didn't that's causing the crashes for my gameplay on d2.
