March Update Xbox One

I play Destiny 2 on Xbox One. I have not played in almost a month, but figured I try the new update. I was able to log in but my menu keeps glitching up and when I landed at the tower the frame rate and movement speed were extremely slow and lagged. (Honestly ironic as this update is mostly about speed.) I tried restarting the game and now I am greeted with a message saying, "You must be connected to Xbox Live in order to play Destiny 2." I am connected to online yet this message keeps coming up now. Is there anyway to fix this or should I give up.

 • Hi, Thank you for your report. If you are unable to access Destiny 2, I recommend clearing your cache to potentially resolve this issue. Please see the steps below for the recommended steps on how to clear the cache on a console.
1. Power down the console 2. Once the console is completely powered down, unplug the power cord from the back of the console 3. Let the console sit unplugged for at least 5 minutes 4. Plug the power cord back into the console and power it on 5. Re-launch the Destiny game
If you still experience this issue after trying these troubleshooting steps, please reply back to this thread.
