Bolt action and semi auto sniper rifles
Instead of changing all snipers, has bungie ever thought of using the original sniper model we have now as energy snipers instead of power and having two types of sniper. The bolt action would be stronger but has a 1 or 2 bullet magazine (think legend of acrius as a sniper) and semi autos much like those we have now
