I disagree. There are soo many illness where there is no cure or even an effective treatment. The only treatment is pain management as a last resort and that only works to a certain degree. I personally would rather live the rest of my life in a concrete cell than have to live with a really severe case of trigeminal neuralgia aka "suicide disease."
