Okay guys got a better idea (Lucky Pants Changes.)
So remember my old post with the whole fan firing dillema?
Why not just give that ability to the Lucky Pants? 3-5 seconds of being allowed to Fan Fire out of dodging?

8 RepliesWhat you don't seem to grasp is that you're asking for an exotic that gives a CLEAR advantage of reduced TTK which would be OP. I'm not knocking you for trying, but what you're asking for would be game breaking... Plain and simple. [spoiler]If you thought about it for more than 3 seconds, you already know this.[/spoiler]
