The problem with these penalties... Bungie never codes penalties so that people who just merely got disconnected / some weird named error code / or left because of crazy lag don’t get penalized as if they were the same as a serial quitter / toxic player.
Maybe this time will be different..... maybe....

I've never understood Bungies' excuse that they can't distinguish between being kicked and leaving. The game knows to give the player an error message when kicked so it definitely knows the difference.

There should be some kind of lockout for leaving too much, regardless of it was intentional or not.

Yeah they really don’t even have to superstar them, just give it a number cap on how many times they’ve left in a certain time frame. It’ll just keep adding the amount of times they quit. People that quit should have a lot higher “left matches” than someone getting disconnected.
